You Are The Masterpiece

You've heard the adage... "A picture is worth a thousand words.” Well, when it comes to Svaroopa® Yoga, one experience is worth a thousand words.

 

Understanding yoga by reading about it is like trying to describe the taste of a strawberry rather than actually biting into one. Like strawberries, Svaroopa® Yoga (well, ALL yoga) is designed to be experienced.

 

What happens when a person is guided into the state of yoga? It's a wordless and intimate experience. The rishis respect the sanctity of each person’s own personal experience and call it "true Self.
