Class Description

As we step into Mental Health Awareness Month, I am very excited to introduce a special opportunity for our community to engage in a practice that not only enhances physical well-being but also nurtures mental health. I invite you to participate in our 31-Day Kirtan Kriya Challenge, a journey to discover the profound benefits of this meditation technique on your overall brain health. You'll do this practice daily independently at home using an audio recording of the mantra. When you register, more detailed instructions and recording will be emailed to you. There are no classes to attend, although I'll be doing some ZOOM check-ins throughout the month. Even though it looks like you are registering for classes, you are really just committing to doing this at home in your own time. (I had to set it up like that because of the website structure). So just go ahead and register like you are registering for a regular class. Once you register I'll send along more details. Info: Start Date: May 1, 2024 is the formal start date, but you can start anytime in May. Duration: 31 days (or however long you can do it) Daily Commitment: 12 minutes of Kirtan Kriya meditation Practice Daily: Dedicate 12 minutes each day to perform Kirtan Kriya. Track Progress: Keep a simple daily journal of your experiences, feelings, and any changes you notice in your mental and emotional states.
